I am fascinated by the extreme challenges of squeezing maximum compute out of a strict thermal and energy budget. Wrestling with dark silicon, aggressive DVFS, and relentless PPAS, optimization at the nanometer scale is the ultimate engineering puzzle. It is where abstract code becomes a physical reality, and solving it brings an unparalleled sense of achievement.
